Event branding on equal footing with the community.The Copenhagen Open Festival is one of the most important events for Nike SB to strengthen its ties with the skateboarding community. With the aim of creating an authentic and inclusive brand presence, we developed a flexible branding concept that allowed Nike SB to be present without pushing itself into the foreground. 



At the heart of the concept were individually converted ‘shoe box bikes’ – mobile brand spaces that served as a means of transport, mini bar, information point or seating area. They accompanied athletes such as Ishod Wair and Leo Baker from spot to spot, providing the audience with goodies and creating a friendly, functional presence in the cityscape – between skate sessions, brunch and open-air cinema.
